Grey eel catfish has firm white meat, plain taste and low fat. It is similar in taste and texture of Freshwater eel and is ideal for grilling, frying, etc.
Chefs can creat a healthy and natural diet that makes this fish taste just like fresh-water eel. Grey ell catfish is usually also used in curries to remove natural river-smell.
