Paradise Threadfin or Goat fish is one of the Asian favourite fish. It also called by Taposhi / Tapose in Bangladeshi.
Taposhi is an economically important fish, being sought after by local commercial fisheries. This fish is most often wild-caught in the southern part of Vietnam.
Taposhi season begins in the early of rain season, when slightly rain comes. Demands are largely dependent on wild populations, thus fetching high prices in the market. Every year, we distribute a few quantity Frozen Taposhi / Goat fish throughout Asian communities at EU, North America, etc.
The size of Taposhi is about two fingers and about 100 garm when it is mature. Taposhi / Goat fish have a few little bones, very delicate meat texture, tasty white flesh, unique aroma of a natural fish; especially, have high healthy fats content.
There are many ways to enjoy this fish such as: fried, grilled, curry, etc. Apart from their sweet, mild taste, Taposhi is a good source of nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
