Black Tiger Shrimp big sizes are one of our strengths. It’s delivered to HORECA sectors. Also, we are flexible to export the small quantity by air.
Black Tiger Shrimp has a firm texture and a somewhat sweet flavour. Black Tiger shrimp is raised in farms, with lower salinity in the water, tend to be a bit milder than ocean-caught Black Tiger shrimp. When Black Tiger shrimp is cooked, meat turns white and their black stripes turn bright red.
Vietnam has developed a unique inititative to raise Black Tiger shrimp in the Mangrove Forests free of any feeds, chemicals, or antibiotics. This inititative has created a shrimp product with a sweeter taste, more complex flavor, firm texture and brighter color. It also helps combat economic pressures to destroy the mangroves, ensuring the protection of these local communities in Vietnam.
