White clam (Meretrix lyrata), also known simply as the hard clam, are an edible saltwater clam, a marine bivalve mollusc.
White clam grow naturally and develop well on the sand at the southern and northern beach of Vietnam, belongs eastern sea, Pacific Ocean.
White clam are an important export in the eastern and southern part of Vietnam.
Our white clam have original and multiply well at the beach belongs to Mekong Delta area. The fishermen catch baby white clam to provide some other locals in country for nourishment. Therefore, our white clam were certificated MSC.
Besides meat and whole, we also have cooked white clam with ginger/citronella/spicy to meet the desire for ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat for home dining.
