Sardine is a popular dish in Vietnam and worldwide, plus Sardine sauce is a favorite spice in Europe. In Phu Quoc islands, Sardine is often eaten raw with various green vegetables.

Mamakari fishery volume is huge and stable each year, this seafood product is consumed in both national and global market. Vietnam usually exports Frozen Sardine, Frozen Fillet, Block and IQF, Dried Sardine and Sardine Sauce to Europe and US.
